Scope of Agreement

q666 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the platform's website, mobile application and all related services. By accessing this platform or using any of its services, you ("User" or "you") are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Right to Amend Terms

q666 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users are advised to check this page regularly.

Age Requirement

q666 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, q666 has the right to cancel that account and withhold all associated funds.

One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, q666 reserves the right to close all such accounts and any balance held in them may be forfeited. Exceptions for individuals sharing the same household or IP address must be reported to q666 customer support in advance.

Account Information & Verification

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. q666 may request a government-issued ID, proof of address or other documents to verify identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

Account Closure & Suspension

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. q666 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Fraud, deception or exploitation of system errors
• Providing false information regarding identity or age
• Abuse of bonus terms and conditions
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at q666 is ৳300 per method. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name and verified with q666. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions may be automatically cancelled.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may only be made to the payment account used for deposits that is registered under the verified account. Withdrawals may be restricted until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on q666 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The balance displayed in an account will always be shown in Taka. q666 does not impose any additional charge for currency conversion, however the user's bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees.

Welcome bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳26,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse Policy

If q666 determines that a user is abusing bonus rules — such as repeatedly collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, hedging from a bonus balance or any other dishonest method — q666 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the relevant account. VIP & Cashback Programme

q666's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, the Silver tier up to 0.5% and the Gold tier up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are credited to the account at a set time each week.

Self-Restriction Tools

Protection of Minors

q666 encourages all users to keep their devices and accounts secure so that no underage member of the household can gain access. q666 will take immediate action regarding any suspected underage user and will permanently close the relevant account.

Fair Play Policy

All games on q666 are operated in a fair and verifiable manner. The use of any unauthorised software, bots, automation tools or artificial assistance to influence outcomes for platform users is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or cancelled.

Technical Errors

If a technical error or system malfunction results in an incorrect outcome or an unusual amount being credited to an account, q666 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and recover the relevant funds. Any attempt to take advantage of a technical error will be treated as fraud.

Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to bets placed in the sports betting section. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. Pre-placed bets may be affected by changes to players or teams after a match has started; in such cases q666's decision will be considered final.

Data Protection

Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a legally equivalent provision.
